How long will a claim take?

There is no general rule regarding the length of time a claim process my take as every case is different and the timeframes can vary depending on a number of different factors ie. severity of injuries, number of claimants etc. When speaking with a QCL team member specifically about your matter, we can give you a better idea of the most likely timeframes for your claim.
