Claims Process
Below is an outline of our easy six-step claims process.
Step 1:
FREE Initial consultation
If you have sustained an injury which has had a serious impact on your life, it is your right to claim personal injuries compensation. We can meet with you to discuss the details of your accident and the impact it has had on your life.
There is no charge for this initial consultation – it is our chance to assess your claim and discuss the options available to you.
Step 2:
Evidence gathering
After the initial meeting, we will require your authority to conduct preliminary investigations to determine whether you have a claim and confirm our intention to represent you. Certain documents will need to be forwarded to the defendant.
Step 3:
The Claim
If we are willing to represent you and you are happy to work with us, we will explain our "No Win – No Fee" pricing structure.
We then lodge a 'pre court' claim on your behalf with the defendant and/or the insurance company.
Step 4:
Expert evidence
We will obtain expert evidence to support the case. Due to our "No Win – No Fee" policy, we will cover all of these expenses on your behalf so you will not be required to pay any money 'up front'.
Step 5:
The settlement meeting
Once we have all of your evidence, we will then schedule a meeting with the defendant and their insurer and/or solicitors.
Step 6:
The claim is settled!
Once your claim is settled we will organise for you to receive the settlement funds as soon as possible.
