Below is an outline of the six easy steps through the claim process.
Step 1. FREE Initial consultation
The first step is to meet with one of our Lawyers to go through all the information about your accident. The meeting can be held at our office, at your home or local café, or over the telephone. We do not charge you anything for this consultation, and you are under no pressure to proceed with the claim if you choose not to.
Step 2. Evidence gathering
By law we are required to provide the Defendant with documents relevant to your claim. This means we will obtain copies of those relevant documents with your consent.
Step 3. The claim
We then lodge a "pre court" claim on your behalf with the defendant and/or the insurance company.
Step 4. Expert evidence
We will obtain expert evidence to support the case. Due to our 'No Win - No Fee' policy, we will cover all of these expenses on your behalf so you will not be required to pay any money "up front".
Step 5. The settlement meeting
Once we have all of your evidence, we will then schedule a meeting with the defendant and their insurer and/or solicitors.
Step 6. The claim is settled!
Once your claim is settled we will organise for your legal fees to be covered, and for you to receive the settlement funds as soon as possible.
